Mindful Coaching

We offer mindful coaching for individuals with Sally Richmond.  Mindful coaching provides exclusive 1-1 support for anyone interesting in transforming from entanglement in stress and habitual patterns to greater balance, ease and well-being. Coaching uses a mindfulness, trauma-informed approach including learning simple and easy tools.

 

Coaching is suitable for anyone facing difficult life challenges, feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or interesting in untangling themselves from stress internally or with the external environment. 

 

Sally often works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, major health conditions, mental health issues, burn-out, post-traumatic stress and neurodivergence.  

 

Sally has a Bachelor of Social Work and is fully registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers. She is a fully trained and registered mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Institute of Australia.

 

Mindful coaching is available either in-person in Melbourne or via zoom. It is important to note that mindful coaching is not a therapeutic relationship.
